Due to continued growth, they are now looking to welcome a
Marketing Executive
into their dynamic and supportive marketing team. This is a

The Role

This is a varied, fast-paced role covering a broad mix of
trade marketing, social media, PR, and general marketing activity
. You'll be hands-on, creative, and commercially aware, working closely with internal teams and external partners to bring brand activity to life across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting and delivering
    trade marketing campaigns
    across key retail and grocery partners
  • Managing and contributing to
    social media content and calendars
  • Assisting with
    PR activity
    , product launches, seeding, and agency coordination
  • Supporting
    new product launches
    from concept through to in-store activation
  • Creating and managing marketing assets, POS, and promotional materials
  • Analysing campaign performance and supporting reporting
  • Collaborating closely with sales, NPD, and wider marketing teams

About You

This role would suit someone who is
passionate about beauty
, commercially minded, and eager to grow within a forward-thinking marketing team.

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous experience in a
    Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant role
  • Exposure to
    trade marketing, social media, PR or brand marketing
  • Experience within
    beauty, FMCG, personal care, or retail
    would be highly advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • A creative eye with a commercial mindset
  • A proactive, positive, and team-focused attitude
