Role Overview

Lead, motivate and manage a team of Design Consultants to achieve exceptional showroom performance and world-class experience throughout the Customer Journey. You'll combine inspirational leadership with strategic management and strong sales acumen, to consistently exceed targets. You'll also maintain the highest standards of customer service, showroom presentation and design excellence. Ultimately You'll ensure every Customer receives the best-in-class Design & Buy Experience as a "Player Manager".

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

Maintain high showroom standards and design presentation across the team

Drive consistent adherence to processes, customer care standards and company values

Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets for revenue, GP and margin

Manage professional development to build team capabilities

Participate in management meetings to drive organisational success

Maintain safe, healthy working environment and ensure H&S compliance

Design Excellence

Build rapport with customers to understand their project requirements

Stay current with cutting-edge and on-trend bathroom design

Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge across our entire range

Become a super user of our proprietary 3D and VR KADware technology

Sales Performance

Be the friendly first point of contact for showroom visitors and convert walk-ins to sales

Maintain profit margins in accordance with pricing policy

Use CRM and ERP systems to manage pipeline, quotations, orders and reporting

Identify trade opportunities through outbound calling and email

Leverage marketing resources to understand competitors and position our proposition effectively

Ensure daily showroom standards and customer care checklists are completed

Customer Excellence

Continue a culture of Customer First principles

Provide a smooth hand over to the Customer Support Team at point of sale

Advocate the values of our Customer Experience Standards by prioritising Customer Support requirements where needed

Collect customer feedback and drive social media reviews

Collaborate with the Support Team to improve customer experience and end-to-end processes

What You'll Bring

2+ years bathroom showroom management experience

Leadership ability to engage and manage the showroom team

Initiative, enthusiasm, "can do" attitude and passion for our products

First-class customer engagement and service abilities

Strong motivational and communication skills

Professional personal presentation

Excellent sales, negotiation and closing techniques

Planning, organisation, IT, budget and report writing skills

Proven track record generating and converting leads

Problem-solving ability with innovative, customer-focused solutions

KPIs & Success Measures

Personal and team sales revenue, GP and margin targets

Minimum 95% positive customer satisfaction surveys

Quarterly objectives and monthly review completion
