Overview

Due to our continued growth and development, we are looking for a new Showroom Sales Designer to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, detail-focused individual, with a design qualification or industry experience, to build a long-term career in kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design led sales. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for interior design, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engaging with customers in the showroom, via telephone, or at their homes to understand their needs.
  • Conduct on-site surveys, book in-store design appointments and follow up with prospective customers.
  • Using design software (WinnerFlex & Virtual Worlds experience beneficial).
  • Managing projects from initial enquiry to final sale.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Present designs confidently and support customers through the decision-making process.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at every stage.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen/bedroom/bathroom sales or a design qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience working to sales targets.
  • A keen eye for detail & a passion for interior design is highly desirable.
  • Confidence in managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with WinnerFlex or Virtual Worlds (preferred but training will be provided).
  • Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
