**The Role**:
We’re looking for a confident and reliable **Showroom & Operations Assistant** to help keep our busy showroom and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Answering customer queries and providing product information
- Booking customer surveys and inputting jobs onto our system
- Managing incoming deliveries and checking stock
- Taking goods out for local deliveries when needed
- Keeping the showroom clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Communicating with the wider team and keeping customers updated
- Confident to work alone when needed

**About You**:

- Great people skills and customer service focused
- Organised and able to multi-task
- Confident using a computer / booking system (training provided)
- Full driving licence required
- Positive attitude and willing to get stuck in

**Working Hours**:
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend cover may be required.

**Salary**:
Competitive and will be discussed at interview, based on experience.

Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
