Our showrooms reflect the latest trends in design and innovation, and we are looking for a motivated and experienced Head of Showrooms to lead our team and drive growth.
**Job Summary**:
As the Head of Showrooms, you will be responsible for managing showroom operations across the Branch network, leading a team of designers, and driving sales performance. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role ideal for someone with leadership experience in retail or design sales, particularly within the kitchen and bathroom industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, train, and support the showroom sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from initial consultation to project completion
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure it reflects brand and design standards
- Analyse performance data, track KPIs, and report on sales metrics
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and installation teams to ensure project success
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in kitchen, bathroom, or interior design
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and design tools (e.g. CAD, Winner, Visualsoft) is a plus
