Key Duties:

• To administer golf bookings using computerised and manual systems, and ensuring all customers are booked in correctly.
• To administer the hire equipment and deposit system.
• To record and administer the lost property system.
• Ensure that all information displayed in the reception area is up to date and regularly restocked.
• To sell shop stock in accordance with company procedures & upsell at every opportunity.
• To assist with any general clerical duties as requested.
• To attend Receptionist meetings and feedback ways of improving and developing the service.
• To feedback any areas of concern or any Health and Safety issues to the Manager.

Role requirements:

• Basic IT Skills
• Good numeracy, verbal, and written communications skills both in person and over the phone.
• Motivated to serve the public and able to deliver excellent customer care service.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
