Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting daily operations, and ensuring effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in administrative support to contribute to the smooth running of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining office files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls in a professional manner
- Organising paperwork
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
- Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth tenancy
Skills
- Proven administrative experience demonstrating organisational competence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in standard office software programmes such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- UK Driving licence is essential
- Must be organised and happy to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
