Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients interested in renting properties.

  • Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to lettings transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, viewings, and negotiations using organisational systems.
  • Assist with marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media platforms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and maintaining professional relationships.

Requirements

  • Previous experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
