About the Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and scale our pipeline engine from the ground up. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role — perfect for a data-driven marketer who loves combining creative strategy with measurable results. You'll own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.

What You'll Do

  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
  • Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to define, track, and optimize lead flow and funnel metrics.
  • Manage paid programs (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and continually refine targeting, messaging, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling assets and nurture programs.
  • Experiment with new channels and growth levers to accelerate pipeline creation.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record in generating and converting pipeline for enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort owning and communicating key performance metrics.
  • Startup DNA — you're resourceful, fast-moving, and hands-on.

  • Experience in AI, automation, or CCaaS/voice tech industries.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing and lifecycle nurture strategies.
