What you'll be getting up to:

As a Benefits Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering a benefits framework that genuinely supports and motivates exceptional talent.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:

Own the design, delivery and ongoing optimisation of global benefits, ensuring programmes are competitive, scalable and aligned with business needs

Partner closely with People, Reward and senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact wellbeing and benefits initiatives

Analyse large data sets to identify trends, provide strategic insight and influence key decisions

Lead reviews of market data to ensure benefit offerings remain best-in-class in a competitive global tech landscape

Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiating improvements and ensuring a seamless employee experience

Support benefits operations end-to-end - from renewals to optimisation to employee education

Use a deeply data-led approach to evaluate ROI and improve the efficiency of benefits investment

You'll be a great fit if you have:

Strong global benefits experience across healthcare, insurance, pensions and flexible benefits

A background working in high-performance, innovative environments - ideally tech or similar

Experience designing and implementing successful wellbeing and benefits programmes

Deep analytical capability and comfort working with large data sets and metrics

Excellent stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

A forward-thinking, employee-centric mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas

A passion for driving change and improving benefits experiences for diverse global teams
