We're hiring: Senior Marketing Manager | Reward

This is a high impact role at the heart of our Marketing Services team, where you'll lead campaigns, streamline execution, and collaborate across teams to ensure every initiative delivers value and results.


What You'll Do

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our marketing projects from planning and launch to performance tracking and optimisation.

You'll:

  • Lead B2B Marketing Campaigns
    – Manage and optimise multi channel campaigns that connect with our partners and clients.
  • Own HubSpot Marketing Execution
    – Build smart, automated workflows and track campaign performance to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    – Partner with Product, Sales, CRM, and Studio teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment on business goals.
  • Support Go-To-Market Strategy
    – Coordinate launches and help shape GTM plans that put our products and partnerships in the spotlight.
  • Drive Sales Enablement
    – Create impactful sales materials and ensure our brand story is consistent across every touchpoint.
  • Champion Process Excellence
    – Refine how we plan, manage, and deliver marketing projects making every campaign smoother and smarter.


You'll Excel In This Role If You…

  • Have experience managing B2B marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery.
  • Know your way around HubSpot (or similar automation tools).
  • Love turning data into insight and insight into action.
