About the Role

Our client, a prestigious art gallery at the heart of London's vibrant cultural scene, is seeking an ambitious and creative Senior Marketing Executive. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing strategy for a gallery renowned for its innovative exhibitions and commitment to emerging and established artists alike.

As Senior Marketing Executive, you'll have genuine creative autonomy across all marketing disciplines, from digital campaigns and social media to print materials, PR, and event promotion. This broad, strategic role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and wants to make a tangible impact on how art is experienced and engaged with by diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across exhibitions, events, and gallery programmes
  • Manage and grow the gallery's digital presence, including social media, email marketing, and website content
  • Create compelling content that brings artworks and artists to the forefront
  • Coordinate PR activities and cultivate relationships with arts media and influencers
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, from exhibition catalogues to digital assets
  • Analyse campaign performance and audience insights to continuously refine strategy
  • Collaborate with curators, gallery directors, and external partners on promotional initiatives
  • Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships

About You

  • Proven marketing experience, ideally within the arts, culture, or luxury sectors
  • Exceptional written and visual communication skills with a genuine passion for the arts
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
  • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong digital marketing skills across social platforms, email, and analytics
  • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is beneficial but not essential
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
