Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Directors across a variety of business and operational areas. Whilst there will be need for some PA type tasks, this is not a traditional PA role. It will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes ownership of projects from start to finish. You will be the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly, coordinating across teams, streamlining processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you will have real ownership and variety. You will work closely with a supportive senior team who value initiative, ideas, and getting things done. It is perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives on variety, and wants to grow with a business.

Our Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Directors across a range of business and operational areas, including but not limited to:

· Executive Support: Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and ensure the Directors' time is used efficiently. Anticipate clashes, flag priorities, and keep the week running seamlessly.

· Event and Travel Coordination: Plan and coordinate company events including the summer party and Christmas social, and arrange travel and accommodation for Directors.

· Office Operations / Facilities management: Oversee the smooth running of the office by managing services, supplies, maintenance, and liaising with the landlord as needed. You will not be carrying out these tasks yourself but will ensure they are done correctly and promptly

· Training and 1:1 Coordination: Coordinate internal training sessions, track attendance, and ensure 1:1s and follow-ups are completed on schedule.

· Expense and Task Oversight: Audit and check expenses rather than just processing them and follow up on delegated tasks to ensure actions are completed.

· Board Meeting Support: Take ownership of board meeting preparation, minute-taking, and post-meeting follow-up. Keep discussions on track, record clear action points, and ensure accountability by tracking progress against agreed actions.

· Director Support: Provide hands-on assistance with high-level deals, partnerships, and key client relationships

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping sight of the bigger picture
  • Proactive and able to anticipate what needs doing before being asked
  • Positive, energetic, and adaptable to change

Pro rata will be considered

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
