The Beauté Group is a fast-growing collective of beauty, aesthetics, wellness and education brands. We work across B2B and B2C markets, supporting clinics, therapists and consumers through science-led skincare, professional education and technology-driven platforms.

We are building scalable, commercially focused brands and are now looking for a qualified Marketing Executive to support growth across the group.

The Role

This is a hands-on role for a Marketing Executive with solid experience beyond basic social posting. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, support funnels and contribute to lead generation and conversions across multiple brands.

This role suits someone with 1–3 years' marketing experience who wants real responsibility, exposure to multiple brands and clear progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Support lead generation funnels and landing pages
  • Assist with email marketing, automations and launches
  • Write clear, conversion-focused copy for campaigns and emails
  • Track performance and report on results
  • Support promotions, evergreen offers and launches
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years' experience in a marketing role (in-house or agency)
  • Understanding of funnels, email marketing and lead generation
  • Strong written communication and copy skills
  • Organised, proactive and commercially aware
  • Comfortable working across multiple brands
  • Interest in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or education is a bonus

What This Role Is (and Isn't)

This is not a senior strategist or head-of-marketing role. You'll be supported by a Marketing Manager and wider team, with clear direction and priorities. In return, you'll have ownership, visibility and room to grow.
