Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Birmingham. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling general clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors, managing schedules, and providing administrative support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with office software and scheduling tools
  • Ability to perform tasks professionally and efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
