Job Summary

The Director, Global Multi-Specialty will expand Conexiant's international footprint across key medical society partnerships and multi-specialty publishing brands, while establishing MDSpire as a premier global platform for clinician engagement, education, and commercialization. This leader will build Conexiant's first true global business development channel—driving both revenue and strategic growth across U.S. and ex-U.S. territories.

Job Responsibilities

Global Growth & Strategy

  • Lead ex-U.S. sales and business development efforts across key society partnerships, including:
  • ESMO
  • EULAR
  • AGA (GI & Hepatology News)
  • ASCO

MDspire Platform Expansion

  • Position MDspire as a leading platform for international clinician engagement and scientific exchange.
  • Develop monetization strategies for MDspire that align with global market needs, including subscription models, sponsorship programs, and data-driven engagement offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to tailor MsSpire's offerings for international audiences.

Revenue & Performance

  • Own revenue growth targets for global and multi-specialty brands.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership regarding market trends, pricing, and global commercialization models.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in global business development, partnerships, or commercialization within medical publishing, life sciences, or healthcare media.
  • Deep understanding of the global healthcare ecosystem and society-driven education models.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
