We're on the lookout for a detail-driven, curious, and organised
Risk & Compliance Administrator
to support our Group Credit, Risk and Compliance Manager.

This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) with flexibility — ideal for someone who loves variety, thrives on accuracy, and enjoys being the calm, capable centre of a busy organisation.

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key part in helping us keep our business safe, compliant, and brilliantly well-organised. That means:

  • Managing GDPR and OneTrust records with precision.
  • Supporting insurance renewals and claims — keeping timelines tight and communication clear.
  • Assisting with contracts, supplier checks, and KYC compliance.
  • Logging, updating and maintaining accurate documentation across our systems.
  • Acting as a friendly, professional point of contact for queries and admin support.
  • Helping make sure our compliance records are accessible, up to date, and audit-ready.

What you'll bring

  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — and a natural attention to detail.
  • Solid experience using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe and email (obviously).
  • Confidence picking up new systems — we'll train you on OneTrust, but a knack for learning tech is essential.
  • Organisational brilliance and a calm approach under pressure.
  • A genuine desire to get things right first time and support your team.

Bonus points if you have:

  • A qualification such as CIPP/E, or you're willing to work towards one.
  • Any background in Risk, Compliance, or Finance — though we're happy to support training or an apprenticeship if you're looking to develop in this area.
