We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House servers to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a member of the Front of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent knowledge of the menu.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Manage cash transactions with basic math skills, ensuring accuracy in handling payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any customer concerns promptly.
  • Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is crucial for maintaining health standards.
  • Barista experience is highly desired, particularly in crafting artisan coffee / latte art.
  • Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
