Wagyu & Steakhouse Edinburgh is currently seeking **experienced Front of House professionals** to join our growing team. **We are currently recruiting for**:

- **1 Experienced Front of House Staff Member** - ideally with 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- **3 Experienced Servers** - confident in delivering high-quality table service in a fast-paced environment
- **1 Experienced Front of House Manager** - with proven leadership skills and a background in hospitality management

**Key Responsibilities (All Roles)**:

- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage bookings and seating arrangements
- Take orders and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Ensure timely and accurate service
- Handle payments and operate till systems
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front of house area
- Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

**Additional Responsibilities (Manager Role)**:

- Lead and motivate the front of house team
- Manage rotas, training, and performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Liaise with senior management to improve service standards

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

**Experience Required**:

- **Front of House Staff**: Previous customer-facing experience preferred
- **Servers**: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- **Manager**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position within hospitality

**Desirable**:

- Food hygiene and safety knowledge
- Familiarity with POS and booking systems

Pay: £23,500.00-£60,000.00 per year
