Job Title: Front of House / Commis Waiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Server / Front of house person to join our team at Lyla. Lyla is an ambitious fine dining restaurant that serves an extended tasting menu using premium Scottish and international ingredients. The role entails work on the floor during service with a focus on detail, preparing the restaurant before opening and providing support in service to ensure there is enough cutlery/glassware turned around for service

Duties:

- Serving guests

- Be fully knowledgeable on all food and drinks

- Maintain cleanliness

Requirements:

- Ability to work on your own proactively

- An interest in food and drinks
