The purpose of this role is to provide high quality advice and insight on all areas of HR, including employee relations, training and development, payroll, and recruitment to support staff at every level to achieve operational and strategic objectives. This post is a great opportunity to build your skills across the whole HR field and get involved in a wide range of cases and projects.

You should have experience of managing employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary procedures, and grievances, and significant experience of dealing with staff at all levels and providing appropriate challenge as needed. You should also have up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
