Noble Insurance Services is a leading independent Insurance broker, who is looking to appoint a highly motivated, experienced Insurance person.

We sell multiple products with Marine being our largest.

Based in Long Bennington, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with in a team of highly experienced people, gain professional qualifications and develop a career within a busy, customer-focused insurance broker. Noble is in an exciting phase with significant investment in the business. This is a great time to join our company and offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. We are ideally looking for someone who would in the future like to be involved with the development of the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Insurance knowledge or working within the Insurance industry or other similar financial sectors.

· Great customer service when speaking to customers, both face-to-face and over the phone.

· An enthusiastic and upbeat personality, with a can-do attitude.

· A desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.

· Experience of working in an office or call centre environment is desirable, but not essential.

· The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.

· The role will include inbound and outbound calls, new business quotations, renewing current policies, and dealing with any general policy adjustments.
