What you'll do

• Take full ownership of Shopify website optimisation to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Implement advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to grow organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Develop and manage Google Shopping campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
• Run and optimise PPC campaigns, maintaining a strong ROI and efficient budget use.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to uncover actionable insights.
• Create and manage Google and Facebook Ads to drive additional revenue and brand reach.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

• Proven Shopify experience with measurable success in improving performance and conversions.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, trends, and tools, with a record of driving organic growth.
• Experience managing Facebook Ads to grow brand awareness and conversions.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and Shopify tools.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, PPC, and ROI optimisation is desirable - training can be provided
• Design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) are desirable to support the creation of engaging digital assets.

Working hours and location:

The role is full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch), and you will be based at our modern offices near York (YO60 6PG) 5 days a week, so having your own transport is essential.
