Direct Dental Group is a collection of modern, high-end private dental practices located across South West London. We are expanding and looking for experienced Dental Receptionists to join our friendly and professional team. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage appointments and clinician diaries
  • Handle phone calls, emails, referrals, and patient enquiries
  • Discuss treatments, pricing, and services with patients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Process payments and assist with billing/insurance queries
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Occasionally support nearby sister practices when needed

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident, personable Dental Receptionists with a strong sales background and experience in (TCO). You'll manage front-desk duties and play a key role in helping patients understand and accept their treatment plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in a private dental practice (essential)
  • Proficient with dental/digital systems (ideally Dentally/Carestack)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Professional appearance and a team-focused attitude
  • Able to multitask in a busy, patient-focused setting
  • Proven sales and lead conversion skills
  • Outstanding customer service
