We are a rapidly growing Property Investment Agency based in Blackwood, South Wales. We specialise in sourcing high-quality investment properties and providing market-leading lettings and management services. As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join our team and build a long-term career in the property industry.

Salary & Progression

This role is funded through Jobs Growth Wales, and pay will follow the required National Minimum Wage based on age.

After successfully completing the 6-month probation period, the candidate will receive a pay increase in line with market rates for lettings staff, reflecting performance and growing responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our expanding lettings department. Duties include:

Property-Based Tasks

  • Accompanying prospective tenants to property viewings
  • Taking high-quality photos, videos, and measurements of new listings
  • Supporting property inspections, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Assisting with preparing properties for marketing

Customer & Office Support

  • Communicating with tenants and landlords via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Booking viewings and managing diary appointments
  • Updating internal CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Advertising new rental properties on online platforms
  • Delivering excellent customer service as a key representative of the business

General Duties

  • Assisting the lettings team with daily administrative tasks
  • Travelling to local properties (own vehicle essential)
  • Learning the full lettings process with structured training provided

No previous lettings experience is necessary full training will be provided.
