About the role- As a Sales Representative at our Smartech, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling cutting-edge technology products. Your role will involve interacting with customers, addressing their technology-related needs, showcasing products, and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. We are seeking an individual who is not only a good seller but as a great seller and is someone who can confidently recommend products and approach customers with personalized product recommendations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Practice excellent customer engagement by actively listening to their needs and providing personalized solutions and recommendations
  • Demonstrating a deep understanding of our products along with their features and benefits
  • Offer expert advice to help customers make buying decisions by providing specifications and staying updated on all trends and offerings
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by cross-selling, upselling, and building relationships with customers

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, technology, and luxury sales is an added bonus
  • Technology Oriented and interest in gaming
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Persuading and negotiating skills
  • Excellent communication skills

About the position

  • This is a full-time position based at Smartech´s headquarters with an immediate start.
  • Location: Selfridges, 400 Oxford St, London W1A 1AB
  • Job hours - Depending on the shift
