As our Restaurant Manager, we expect that you will contribute to our mission of introducing inspiring hospitality concepts to the London restaurant scene. Our philosophy is to do it our way and make the impossible possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Handle staff conflicts, attendance issues, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
  • Analyse financial reports to track sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Maintain accurate records (sales, payroll, supplier contracts, etc.)
  • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for smooth operations.
