Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Supervisor to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a passion for drinks, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Run and lead set shifts to the highest standard.
  • Prepare and serve cocktails to exact specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking orders and answering queries.
  • Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a positive experience for all guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a cocktail bar setting is essential.
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
  • Leadership qualities.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
