At
Voyado
, we empower retailers and e-commerce brands with market-leading solutions for Marketing Automation, CRM, Loyalty, and Product Discovery. We're a Swedish, purpose-driven tech company with a strong position in the Nordics - and now, we're going all in on our expansion across Europe.
We have a pretty cool momentum going on in the UK and Ireland, and we're looking for a high-energy, results-driven Partner Manager to keep on driving our growth in this key market.
About The Role
As our Partner Manager for UK&I, you'll be responsible for building and scaling a local network of partners, both service and technology-based. You'll build bridges, unlock value, and grow the Voyado footprint through strategic collaborations.
This is a hands-on role where you'll spend most of your time identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners, while maintaining existing partnerships. You'll collaborate closely with our global partner team, sales organization, and product teams to drive co-sell opportunities and create joint value for our customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Build and position Voyado's partner network in the UK&I and the broader region
- Recruit, onboard, and enable partners - helping them succeed commercially
- Deliver clear positioning and storytelling of the Voyado platform in the market
- Develop and execute joint business plans, co-marketing initiatives, and co-sell motions
- Conduct sales training and knowledge-sharing with partner teams
- Create joint business plans with tech and solution partners
- Be a local evangelist for Voyado, attending events, meetups, and networking sessions
- Be your partners' voice internally; collaborate with Voyado teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to align strategies and resources
What's in it for you
At Voyado, everyone's voice is heard, and you'll be trusted to work self-driven, while always having the backing of an experienced and collaborative team. You'll be based in our London office, and work closely with the local UK team, as well as our partner and commercial teams across Sweden and Europe.
We're big believers in knowledge-sharing, personal growth, and keeping things human, our culture is what sets us apart. Curious about our culture? Get a glimpse into life at Voyado
So, who are you?
You're a commercially driven relationship-builder with an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive on creating something from scratch and have a sharp eye for opportunities. Your energy is contagious, and you genuinely enjoy connecting the dots between partners, tech, and business value.
You enjoy working in a collaborative, no-ego environment where everyone chips in and wins are shared.
Skills & Background:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar
- 3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
- Experience working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment
- Strong organizational skills - you're your own project manager
- A passion for retail tech and customer experience
- Fluency in English
- Bonus: Experience working with technical integrations or SaaS platforms
Traveling regularly and evening representation are required for this role.
What we offer
You will be part of a fascinating journey in redesigning the market for personalized customer experiences. We want to make our product Europe's leading loyalty system in retail and e-commerce, and together with our customers, we are well on our way. We are extremely dedicated to the task, but at the same time, we ensure that everyone is doing well at work. You will have plenty of room to grow in a creative work environment where personal development is as obvious as high competence.
Ready to join the team?
Lovely
Applying is super easy. Use your LinkedIn profile (or upload a resume) and answer a few click-in questions (no data entry, we promise). We'd love to get to know you and understand what makes you tick, so write a few lines about what you enjoy about your role and what would be an exciting challenge for you going forward.
