performance insights, service updates, and opportunities for improvement.
● Meet with customers virtually and in person (as required) to understand their
operational needs and goals.

● Grow wallet share within existing accounts by identifying new opportunities,
efficiencies, and value-add solutions.
● Explore innovative ways to generate new business and deliver enhanced value
to customers across logistics, warehousing, and fulfillment.
● Support the creation of tailored proposals, commercial documents, and solution
presentations.
● Work cross-functionally with Operations, Commercial, Marketing, and Partner
teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Salesforce & Reporting Excellence
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, activities, opportunities,
and forecasts in Salesforce.

commercial decision-making.

strategic initiatives.
Skills & Experience
● Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial role
within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, 3PL/4PL, or related industries
(preferred).
● Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all stakeholder
levels.
● Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple accounts and
priorities.
● Skilled in presenting, running business reviews, and developing customer
proposals.
● Comfortable using Salesforce pipeline management and reporting.
● Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of identifying opportunities for
growth.
● Willingness to travel as required across the UK and occasionally Europe.
What We Offer
