Sales Consultant – Antique Jewellery | Berganza, London

Berganza is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at our Hatton Garden showroom, home to London's finest collection of ancient, vintage, and antique jewellery.

This is a key role for a results-driven individual who thrives in a high-performance retail environment and shares a deep appreciation for historical jewellery, craftsmanship, and gemmology.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong sales background with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • A gemmological qualification (GIA or Gem-A Graduate Gemmologist is preferred).
  • A passion for gemstones and antique jewellery; a background in history or art is highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high standard of spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • A professional appearance and confident, courteous manner along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with discerning clients.

  • Representing the Berganza brand with integrity and expertise.
  • Supporting team goals while maintaining individual accountability.

Please note: This is a full-time position and the candidate will be required to work on Saturdays.
