JEWELLERY MANAGER

Luxury Jewellers – £35,000 to £40,000

Location:
London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced 
Jewellery Manager/Sales
 to join a prestigious luxury jeweller. This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about fine jewellery, client experience, and team development.

The successful candidate will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and nurture a positive, customer-focused culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and assessing individual strengths and development areas.
  • Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key personnel and clients.
  • Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics.
  • Recruit, hire, and train a motivated and high-performing sales team.
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the store, including:
  • Inventory management
  • Staff management
  • Security measures
  • Store maintenance and day-to-day operations
  • Work with your line manager to develop relationships with influencers, PR companies, and stylists to increase brand visibility.
  • Curate events and client experiences to promote brand awareness.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to grow and maintain a strong client database.
  • Prepare monthly summary reports for Directors as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • A natural relationship builder with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Commercially driven, confident, and results-oriented.
