Role Overview

We're looking for a passionate and creative
Social Media Intern
with a strong interest in football and storytelling. This internship is an opportunity to gain
hands-on experience
in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing within a growing sports media brand.

You'll play a supportive role in developing engaging football content, particularly focused on youth-level competitions such as the
U18 Premier League, FA Youth Cup, and Premier League 2
. You'll be encouraged to learn, experiment, and bring your own ideas to life — with guidance from experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support in planning and creating content that promotes youth football.
  • Help manage social media platforms including Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Contribute creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
  • Learn how to track performance and identify trends in content engagement.
  • Collaborate with the content team to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
  • Take initiative in your work while receiving feedback and mentorship throughout.

Qualifications

  • Passion for football and an understanding of the game.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in social media and digital storytelling.
  • Basic experience using
    Canva
    or other design tools (Adobe Suite a plus).
  • Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage your time effectively in a remote working environment.
