About the Role
This is not just another marketing role, you will be the driving force behind OneVit's content creation, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce growth. You will manage and optimise TikTok Shop and other online retail outlets for the brand, while working closely with UGC (User-Generated Content) creators to build authentic, engaging content that resonates with our community.
You'll be the creative force behind video content, social media growth, crafting scroll-stopping videos, running TikTok campaigns, and collaborating with creators to elevate a brand. This role is your chance to shine, working alongside our brilliant Digital Marketing Team to captivate our audience across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the content strategy and execution for the OneVit vitamin brand, focusing on TikTok Shop and other e-commerce channels
Identify, onboard, and manage collaborations with UGC content creators to produce authentic and engaging social content
Set up, manage, and optimise TikTok Shop storefronts to maximise sales and customer engagement
Create engaging video content for our social media platforms, including short-form videos, reels, animations, behind-the-scenes footage, and more
Lead and grow our social media presence, experiment with, engage audiences, and optimise strategies to boost reach
Use data-driven insights to refine and enhance content strategies for maximum engagement
Manage PR initiatives, press releases, and media outreach to elevate our brand visibility
Work alongside the Digital Marketing Team to craft promotional campaigns
Monitor campaign performance, using analytics to inform and improve future content and sales strategies
What We're Looking For
Creative storyteller who is passionate about social media trends, video content, and brand building
Experience working with UGC creators and managing influencer partnerships
Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms, including setup and management
Proficiency in video production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to interpret data for strategic decisions
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience in health, wellness, or pharmaceutical content marketing
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, or e-commerce platforms beyond TikTok Shop
Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment
