Job Title:  Social Media Manager

Location: London, with travel between Loveday residences and The 1150 Club, Esher

Company:  Loveday & Co

About Loveday
Loveday is the UK's only senior living Members Club, delivering the highest standards of clinical excellence and exceptional hospitality across its distinguished residences in Belgravia, Kensington, Abbey Road and Esher. Its pioneering new concept, The 1150 Club, redefines recovery through an unrivalled post-operative and rehabilitative retreat.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced, strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead and deliver the digital presence for both Loveday and The 1150 Club. This role will define and execute all social media activity — including strategy, content creation (photography and videography), organic and paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, scheduling, performance analysis, competitive monitoring and adoption of the latest platform tools and innovations.

The ideal candidate will combine creative excellence with commercial focus, able to independently produce elevated social content while driving measurable engagement, brand visibility and lead generation. Proven experience managing luxury brands is essential, with full expertise across organic, paid, influencer-led and insights-driven social strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Delivery

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across both Loveday and The 1150 Club, aligned with wider commercial and brand objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling, ensuring content is timely, relevant and on-brand.
  • Lead both organic and paid social media campaigns, ensuring complementary strategies that drive reach, engagement and qualified conversions.
  • Act as brand guardian for visual identity and tone of voice, maintaining a refined, cohesive and aspirational presence across all channels.
  • Plan and launch social campaigns, promotional moments and micro-strategies tailored to individual Loveday residences and The 1150 Club.

Content Creation & Community Management

  • Plan, produce and edit engaging photography, video and graphic assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • Build and manage a structured content calendar to support key marketing priorities, campaigns and business moments.
  • Create and maintain social story and content templates to ensure brand continuity and frequency.
  • Manage community interactions, ensuring timely responses aligned with brand tone and service standards.
  • Identify, brief and manage influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring relevance, alignment and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead training and guidance sessions with internal teams to ensure understanding of social media best practice and brand guidelines.

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with key insights, learnings and forward-looking recommendations.
  • Track and analyse performance across organic, paid and influencer activity, optimising for continual improvement.
  • Proactively monitor trends, platform updates and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Collaboration & Brand Development

  • Collaborate with internal teams across residences to identify strong content stories and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, creators and partners where relevant to deliver best-in-class social campaigns.
  • Ensure all output reflects the refined and elegant tone synonymous with Loveday and The 1150 Club.

Essential Skills And Experience

  • Proven experience in social media management within luxury wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering impactful organic and paid social strategies.
  • Strong creative eye with the ability to curate and maintain an elevated, on-brand visual aesthetic.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and community engagement techniques.
  • Proficiency in content production, photography, video editing and design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
  • Confident working both independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a meticulous grasp of brand tone of voice.
  • A proactive, adaptable and results-driven mindset, with initiative and attention to detail at every level.
