About this role

Our Talent Acquisition Operations team manages interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding of new starters and everything in-between, no day is the same. Success in this role isn't about ticking boxes, but about delivering real value. 

We're looking for a dedicated, process driven, results focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our energetic and client focused Talent Acquisition Operations team.

What you'll do

  • Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process

  • Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates  

  • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, this is often high volume so you'll need to be comfortable handling multiple requests

  • Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA

  • Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System; Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day

  • Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner

  • You'll have exceptional organisational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads and able to prioritise your own workload

  • You'll be an excellent communicator and able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates

  • You pay close attention to detail and care about providing error-free work

  • You're a great team player and are always willing to get involved and support colleagues when times get busy

  • You can stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities
     

Where and how you'll work

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office.  

We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. 

We're big on collaboration and connection, so you'll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
