At Ideagen, we're on the lookout for a curious, proactive, and people-focused individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Apprentice. If you're passionate about people, love learning new tech, and want to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team — this could be your perfect first step into the world of Talent Acquisition
Responsibilities
- Use social media to promote our employer brand and attract top talent
- Write compelling job adverts, interview questions, and job descriptions using AI tools
- Build talent pools for future hiring needs
- Support pre-employment checks and onboarding tasks
- Organise welcome gifts and help run assessment centres
- Screen and shortlist candidates for early careers roles
- Manage internal vacancy communications across our global teams
- Keep recruitment data and reports up to date
- Assist with admin tasks like invoices and purchase orders
Skills And Experience
- A genuine interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and tech
- Great communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using social media platforms
- A keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
- Bonus: any experience or curiosity about AI tools (we'll teach you the rest)
