At Ideagen, we're on the lookout for a curious, proactive, and people-focused individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Apprentice. If you're passionate about people, love learning new tech, and want to be part of a fast-paced, supportive team — this could be your perfect first step into the world of Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Use social media to promote our employer brand and attract top talent
  • Write compelling job adverts, interview questions, and job descriptions using AI tools
  • Build talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Support pre-employment checks and onboarding tasks
  • Organise welcome gifts and help run assessment centres
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for early careers roles
  • Manage internal vacancy communications across our global teams
  • Keep recruitment data and reports up to date
  • Assist with admin tasks like invoices and purchase orders

Skills And Experience

  • A genuine interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and tech
  • Great communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence using social media platforms
  • A keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
  • Bonus: any experience or curiosity about AI tools (we'll teach you the rest)
