Skills and Experience- A genuine interest in HR, recruitment, or people operations- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and tech- Great communication and organisational skills- Confidence using social media platforms- A keen eye for detail and a collaborative mindset- Bonus: any experience or curiosity about AI tools (we'll teach you the rest)
