We are seeking an ambitious New Business Client Executive to join our team in Cheltenham who will focus on educational organisations, delivering detailed solutions to schools and Multi Academy Trusts.

Please note this is a full-time, permanent opportunity. This role will be field based but with a requirement to be in our Cheltenham office with days to be confirmed by the manager.
Overview:
Responsible for prospecting and securing meetings with education clients such as Multi Academy Trusts and schools
Speaking with clients to understand their needs and delivering solutions over the phone, via video call, or in person
Attending relevant conferences to generate new opportunities
Providing accurate sales forecasts to the Client Director using pipeline reporting and CRM systems
Supporting the wider team with maintaining relationships with key partners
Working with Service and Renewals Team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Finding opportunities for leads to other areas of the business, providing introductions and supporting the cross-sell process
Knowledge:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a sales role
Knowledge and experience of selling wellbeing services in the education sector - desirable, but not essential
Skills:
Customer-focused approach
Excellent communication and social skills
Able to work independently and use initiative
Capable of working flexibly to achieve tight deadlines/targets with good organisation skills
Computer literate
Ability to handle your own diary and workload effectively and work to tight deadlines with accuracy
Ability to understand people, establish rapport, and adapt communication styles.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Calm and resilient under pressure
Qualifications:
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent
Cert CII (desirable)
