- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and contribute to collective decision-making.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence, engage stakeholders, and provide constructive challenge.
- Experience in brand strategy, campaigning, and public outreach.
- Previous board experience in a charitable, public sector, or commercial organisation-or the ability to step into such a role with confidence.
Values & Behaviours
- A personal commitment to RMHC's mission and values.
- Integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, and honesty in all interactions.
- Ability to act as a credible ambassador for RMHC with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Willingness to devote the necessary time and effort to the role, and to maintain confidentiality.
What's on Offer
This is a unique opportunity to contribute your leadership and strategic expertise to a nationally respected charity making a tangible difference to families during some of their most challenging moments.
As a Trustee of RMHC UK, you'll:
- Shape the future of a mission-driven organisation with national reach and deep community impact.
- Influence strategy at the highest level, working alongside a committed and experienced Board and Executive Team.
- Expand your network by engaging with senior leaders across the charity, healthcare, and corporate sectors.
