HOWL

HOWL began as a queer-inclusive performance art and music festival in London, uniting LGBTQ+ collectives from across the UK. At HOWL, we're challenging outdated norms and redefining sexual wellness in an inclusive and progressive way. We blend health tech with a focus on wellbeing to lead the Sexual Wellness Revolution through:

  • HOWL Products:

Premium, gender-inclusive sexual wellness items like CBD-infused lubricants that soothe and enhance pleasure.
- HOWL Events:

Our queer raves attract thousands, creating a vibrant, inclusive community and raising brand awareness.
- HOWL TV:

Creative content offering sex education, entertainment, and brand partnerships to reshape the sexual wellness conversation, break taboos, and empowering exploration for all genders and sexualities.

HOWL works with leading UK retailers and recently completed the first milestone of its funding round. We're seeking a passionate operator eager to learn cross-functional skills and scale with the business. This role is perfect for someone with entrepreneurial drive who wants hands-on experience in building a startup.

If you are passionate about making an impact on the wellness of others, join us and make it happen

About the job

As Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive the business forward across supply chain, commercial operations, and strategic growth. You'll be central to HOWL's next phase - helping build the structure, rhythm, and systems that enable the company to scale fast.

What you will do

  • Operations & Supply Chain
  • Oversee end-to-end logistics across manufacturing, packaging, and fulfilment for local and international shipments. Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and product quality to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Commercial & Finance Operations
  • Prepare and maintain commercial assets - invoices, order forms, and price lists - and support retailer partnerships from onboarding to fulfilment. Ensure smooth financial workflows and accurate order tracking.
  • Strategy & Planning
  • Translate the CEO's priorities into quarterly plans, OKRs, and budgets. Build cross-functional roadmaps, track company performance, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Systems & Organisation
  • Own HOWL's Google Drive and file structure, ensuring everything is well-organised and accessible. Help streamline communication across Slack, WhatsApp, and email by setting up clear channels and processes.
  • Project Ownership
  • Lead special strategic and operational projects - from product rollouts to event logistics - coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

The ideal background we are looking for

  • 2-4 years of experience in a CPG, DTC, or startup operations role (ideally in wellness, beauty, or consumer goods).
  • Strong grasp of supply chain, fulfilment, and commercial operations.
  • Analytical, structured thinker comfortable with budgets, spreadsheets, and financial reporting.
  • Bias for action - proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through; thrives in organised chaos.
  • Comfortable working in a small, creative, and mission-led team.

Exceptional performers will be fast-tracked within 8-12 months into a broader leadership role as HOWL scales.

Perks

  • Central London Office with flexible working hours
  • Free Lube Package
  • Free access to all HOWL events
  • Team activities and adventures
  • Working alongside a team of LGBTQ+ and culturally diverse individuals who champion uniqueness and are supportive of one another
