The Role:

This role ensures that researchers across the Faculty are empowered to deliver high-quality, impactful research and innovation by providing expert support, fostering engagement, and enabling effective project delivery. Through proactive collaboration and data-informed insight, the role contributes to a thriving research culture that enhances the Faculty's reputation and supports strategic ambitions.

The working pattern for this post is 18.5 hours per week, working Monday – Friday. Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. The interviews are currently anticipated to be held on 08 January 2026.

This appointment is a fixed-term contract until 31 July 2026. For internal candidates it may be possible to apply for this role under the Secondment Policy .
