The Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail orientated Transactions Officer to support the efficient and compliant operation of the Transactions team within the University's P2P function.

This key role involves processing high volume supplier invoices, student reimbursements, supporting staff in dealing with travel and expenses queries and making sure payments are accurate and timely. You will help maintain strong supplier relationships, support smooth financial operations, and contribute to the overall financial health of the University.

Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth 3 days a week, hybrid working is available with 2 days working from home.

This is a full time role, however reduced/flexible hours may be considered, please detail any request in your covering letter.
