Technology Programme Lead

Drive the future of technology adoption and innovation across a global engineering practice. We're looking for a Technology Programme Lead to join our dynamic IT team. In this pivotal role, you'll design and enforce the global framework for delivering engineering and AI software, ensuring successful adoption through structured tracking and review processes.
The role can be based from either out London, Bath, Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh offices with hybrid working.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and oversee software assessments, requirements, and success criteria.
- Track and review software pilot progress at key milestones.
- Facilitate approval processes for software adoption.
- Support the Global IT Systems Manager in the Software Asset Management lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on practical solutions.
- Familiarity with software adoption processes and pilot tracking.
Desirable Experience
- IT support environments, Software Asset Management, or change delivery.
- ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), Six Sigma, MSP Practitioner.
- Project management experience and exposure to AEC industry.
- Knowledge of software deployment and IT systems management.
Qualifications
Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation) are helpful but not essential.
