PE Global is currently recruiting for an Instructional Designer for a leading multi-national travel and hospitality client based in London working hybrid.
This is an initial 13 months contract position.
Pay rate is £20.62 per hour PAYE or £27.40 per hour Umbrella.
***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in UK***
Duties of the role/Responsibilities
- Work on projects to support development of job training for a variety of processes within the Payments Compliance department.
- Learn about the work of Payments Compliance to ensure the learning content you design is supporting the team to meet its regulatory obligations.
- Review feedback about training content and suggest improvements.
- Work with stakeholders and ensure effective communication about training content launches.
Education/Experience
- 3 to 5 years background in instructional design.
- Experience with creating task simulations - experience using Assima Train preferred.
- Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to break down complex tasks into simpler steps for learning
