Our client are a global consultancy, they are on the lookout for a Technical Writer/Instructional Designer to come in on a contract basis.

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Technical Writing Expertise: Proven experience creating high-quality technical documentation for complex operational or security programs.
  • Training Development Expertise: Proven experience executing the end-to-end Instructional Design process, including developing eLearning, tutorial demos, explainer videos, and presentations.
  • Knowledge Base Article Lifecycle Expertise: Proven experience defining the information architecture, writing articles, and managing the maintenance of knowledge bases.
  • Aptitude for Complex Concepts: Strong ability to quickly grasp and explain intricate technical information related to physical security, such as SSC functions (Alarm monitoring, Incident Reporting, CCTV Audits) and technical infrastructure design (Integration, Reliability, Scalability, Redundancy).
  • Documentation Management: Experience organizing and managing large documentation sets, preferably written for internal security or developer audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, analytical, and collaboration skills.

Contract is running for 12 months initially, open to expectations on day rate (Inside IR35 via Umbrella) and will be 2 days per week onsite in Central London.
