People Operations Advisor

London (Hybrid – 1 day per week in Liverpool Street)

People Operations Advisor
who can help us build an employee experience that is simple, human and truly best-in-class.

About the Role

This is a broad, hands-on People Operations role with real ownership. You'll join a small but ambitious People team and play a key part in managing the employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, coordinating payroll and benefits, driving engagement and DEI initiatives, and helping to shape the processes that make Interlink a brilliant place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

Employee Experience & HR Operations

  • Run end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding processes
  • Maintain HRIS accuracy and employee documentation
  • Support policy updates, compliance and data integrity
  • Provide clear guidance on People processes and policies

Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and partner with third-party providers
  • Administer benefits including Vitality
  • Conduct people data and compliance audits across global locations

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activity including scheduling and candidate communication
  • Support screening and shortlisting up to manager level
  • Deliver a warm, organised onboarding experience

Engagement, Culture & DEI

  • Partner with our Community Champs (engagement team) on events, initiatives and culture activities
  • Contribute to DEI initiatives and help embed inclusive practices
  • Lead the annual engagement survey logistics and insights

Learning & Development

  • Administer our LMS, track progress and support learning pathways

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in HR coordination, People Operations or a generalist role
  • Strong organisational and data management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused and detail-driven approach
  • Great communication skills and ability to build trust
  • Interest in DEI, culture and continuous improvement

Nice to have:

CIPD Level 5. Experience with payroll providers. Multi-country experience
