About the role

Are you ready to take the lead in safeguarding adults across the Isle of Man? As a Senior Practitioner in the Adult Safeguarding Team, you'll take charge of investigations, risk assessments, and protection plans while guiding colleagues, allocating cases, and chairing multi-disciplinary meetings. You'll balance leadership with a small caseload, keeping practice grounded while driving service excellence and ensuring adults at risk are protected and heard.
