**About the role**

Are you ready to take the lead and elevate adult social care across the Isle of Man?

As a **Senior Practitioner**within the Adult Generic Team, you'll empower and coordinate a dedicated group of professionals - ensuring timely case allocation, inspection readiness, and delivery of high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll also hold a small caseload, keeping your practice grounded while driving service excellence.

A relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts is available for this role. Housing Assistance is also available where the Department will pay the difference between your current mortgage/rent bill, and that of your new accommodation on the Isle of Man, up to a maximum of £250 per month.
