Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and professional Front of House Staff to join our team for upcoming events. You will be the face of our service, welcoming guests warmly and ensuring every detail of their experience is perfect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with a warm, professional manner
  • Serving food and drinks efficiently and confidently
  • Setting up and clearing down event spaces to a high standard
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout service
  • Always following health & safety and hygiene procedures
  • Supporting the wider team to deliver seamless events

Requirements:

  • Previous hospitality, bar, or event service experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and organised under pressure
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and varied shifts
